Gas Safety Certificates for Landlords

We provide landlord gas safety checks in Chelmsford and surrounding areas, helping landlords meet their legal responsibilities and ensure the safety of tenants. All gas work and inspections are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in accordance with UK safety regulations.

Landlords are legally required to have gas appliances and pipework checked every 12 months. After the inspection, a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is issued confirming that the appliances have been tested and are safe to use.
